How To Distinguish Recirculating Panel

1.Recirculating panel is yellow in its appearance especially the cross section.most have bubbles and spots.
2.The thickness and hardness of recirculating panel is not even and easy to be scratched.
3.Recirculating panel bring peculiar smell while machining and stroage.
4.Recirculating panel is easilu to be distorted when heated in high temperature.
5.Sensitive to oil painting and easilu to be dehisced.
6.Poor anti UV performance and easilu to be yellowing and deforming.
7.Poor anti corrosion performance.

Acrylic Sheet Care:

1.Ordinary acrylic is likely to expand when the temperature is over 100'c. Do not use over 70 C continuously.
2.As the surface is as hard as aluminum alloy, it may be broken in broken in abnormal condition, so polish it with aluminumabrasive can restore the original brightness.
3.Reserving the space before construction ,regarding the weight, load and temperature
4.Dry cloth cause static. Clean the surface with mull dipping 1 % suds.
5.Leep the warehouse dry and well-ventilated. be aware of fire.
6.Use elastic material such as rubber when processing base material
