The feature of disc axle

1.Disc brake axle has far superior fade performance,when compared to drum brakes. The disc brake axle is also more sensitive and reacts quicker,resulting in a shorter braking diatance.

2.There are fewer component parts to service on the disc brake.

3.There is no greasing required on the brake axle, unlike conventonal drum brakes which require ragular lubrication of the camshaft bushes and slack adjusters.

4.Disc brake have automatic adjustment.

The advantages of axle in HUAJING

1,HUAJING axle spindle, which is processed by digital controlled lathe, is made of alloy material. The bearing position is processed by the method of hardening operation, therefore, the bearing can be fixed by hand instead of heating, also convenient for maintain and fixing;

2,HUAJING brake lining has high performance, non-asbestos, non-pollution, and long using life. For easy checking and replacing , it also comes with the position of the exhausting to remind customer to check and maintain;

3,HUAJING uses international famous brand grease, which can provide high lubricating performance and protect bearing well;

4,HUAJING bearing is adopted from the domestic top brand bearing , with the advantages of over loading capability, high rotating speed, good intensity, abrade resistant and heat resistant;

5,HUAJING use double side single hole boring lathe and double side three hole boring lathe, which process the both sides of axle body at same time to insure the axle concentric;

6,HUAJING bolts are made of alloy material, which has the capability of high intensity, well stretch & bends intensity;

7,HUAJING axle, main spare parts are processed by digital equipment, complied with the international standard, which can be exchanged with the original BPW spare parts;

HJ TRAILER AXLE FEATURES:

1.BEAM: use 20Mn2 seamless pipe, through one piece press extrusion and special heat treatment, which has great over loading capacity and high intensity.

2.HUB: can assembly ECO Hub system.

3.HEAT TREATMENT:special heart-treated,low-alloy steel axle beam,offer more stability,greater capacity and lighter weight..

4.ABS :ABS for option.

5.HUB CAP:New 100%tight fit hub cap with additional o ring,provide optimum.

6.SPINDLE:Solid inserted spindle and bearing journals laser heat treated,provide superior fatigue capability,the bearing position is processed by the method of hardening operation,therefore,the bearing can be fixed by hand instead of heating,also convenient for maintain and fixing.

7.BRAKE LINING:has high performance,non-asbestos,environment-friendly material ,and long using life,For easy checking and replacing,it also comes with the position of the exhausting to remind customer to check and maintain.
