Pneumatic rock drill-CM350

The V140 heavy duty pneumatic rock drill has the following technical characteristics:

non-valve design, high power output, high penetration rate, few components, easy maintenance, high reliability.

Operator panel

The operator panel is located on the rear-left side of the rig, making it convenient for the operator to monitor the situation and to maneuver the rig correctly. The rig’s centralized hydraulic and pneumatic control levers result in safe and convenient operation.

Feed

With the worm gear reducer and Atlas Copco’s patented motor, the feed mechanism ensures the proper feed and

lifting force. The piston air motor drives the heavy duty chain,which can provice 13620 N of lifting force and adjustable feed force.

Wet dust control device

The correct utilization of the wet dust control device can achieve a good dust reducing result, with lower air consumption.

Hydraulic power pack

The hydraulic oil pump, which is driven by a vane air motor,provides positioning power.The oil pump, with the AtlasCopco patented design, ensures the necessary hydraulic power during operation.

Tramming motor and track frame

Each track frame is driven by a 6.2 kW air motor, with a gear box. The disk brake is engaged by springs and is released by air pressure, which works in the same way in the forward and backward direction.The climbing ability is 26 degrees with dragged compressor and 32 degrees without compressor.
