304 stainless steel plate:
The most common type of stainless steel plate, with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and processing performance, suitable for kitchen utensils, food processing equipment, architectural decoration, medical equipment and other fields. Its chromium content is about 18%, and its nickel content is about 8%, which can maintain good stability in a variety of environments.
316 stainless steel plate:
Molybdenum is added to 304 stainless steel to make it have better corrosion resistance, especially in highly corrosive environments such as marine environment and chemical industry. It is often used in marine engineering, chemical equipment, medical equipment and other fields with high corrosion resistance requirements.
201 stainless steel plate:
It is a low-nickel and high-manganese stainless steel with a relatively low price and certain corrosion resistance, but its performance is not as good as 304 and 316 stainless steel. It is suitable for scenes with low corrosion resistance requirements, such as interior decoration, some furniture, etc.
430 stainless steel plate:
It has good thermal conductivity and heat resistance, but its corrosion resistance is relatively weak. It is often used to make kitchen utensils, home appliance parts, etc.
Hot-rolled stainless steel plate:
It is a plate made by rolling steel billets at high temperature. Its surface is relatively rough and its dimensional accuracy is relatively low, but it has good mechanical properties and strength. Its thickness is generally above 3mm, and it is suitable for structural parts and pressure vessels with high strength requirements.
Cold-rolled stainless steel plate:
It is cold-rolled on the basis of hot-rolled plate. It has a smooth surface, high dimensional accuracy and good flatness. Its thickness is generally between 0.3mm and 3mm. It is often used in occasions with high requirements for surface quality and dimensional accuracy, such as electronic equipment, automotive parts, etc.
