With the continuous arrival of epidemic situations and various natural disasters, the cost of raw materials and processing in the market has been rising sharply on the original basis. Therefore, enterprises must take various measures to save energy and reduce consumption, and it has become a problem that cannot be ignored. It is extremely urgent to carry out energy-saving technical transformation and reduce the increasingly severe pressure of environmental protection and production cost.

In this project, we adopt the technical scheme of "Ice-Cold Vacuum Technology", which has outstanding performance in energy saving and cost reduction.

Ice-Cold Vacuum Technology:

FIRST CHOICE FOR ENERGY SAVING and CONSUMPTION REDUCTION

"Ice-cold vacuum technology" refers to the technology of using Roots unit+freezer+condenser and other equipment to replace the original steam jet pump+condenser+freezer+water ring pump.

The condenser of the ice-cold vacuum system adopts a special indirect condenser of cold coal, and the atmospheric condenser of the steam jet vacuum system uses cooling water to cool the deodorized distillate. The cooled substance is not in direct contact with the deodorized distillate, and the distillate will be collected in a relatively closed system, which can greatly reduce the deodorized distillate volatilized into the atmosphere. The system can reduce steam consumption and sewage discharge to the maximum extent.

Cold vacuum technology combined with our other energy-saving technologies, such as "utilization of waste heat of washing water" and "utilization of waste heat of chimney", can further reduce the production cost on the original basis.

Compared with other process technologies, ice-cold vacuum technology has the following advantages:

(1) Low steam consumption. Because the steam jet pump only needs to pump out the non-condensable gas in the system, it can greatly reduce the consumption of steam, and the increased power consumption is not much. By comparing the actual production of two production lines with the same tonnage, the same area (the same cost of gas, steam and water) and similar equipment, the average production cost per ton of oil can be reduced by at least 2.5 CNY.

(2) The circulation of cooling water is low. As the steam consumption is low, the required cooling water is also low.

(3) No Odor. Because of direct freezing, the problem of odor extracted by vacuum system is solved. Can meet higher environmental protection requirements.

(4) The total operating cost of the ice-cold vacuum system is low. Considering the long-term interests, especially the professional large-scale oil refining project, its energy-saving advantage is very significant.
