WHAT IS EEG?
An electroencephalogram (EEG) allows us to measure the electrical activity of the brain. During an EEG, we place small electrodes on the scalp. These electrodes allow us to monitor and record brainwaves.
Application:
EEG has proven to be highly effective in studying clinical conditions such as epilepsy, cerebral stroke, traumatic brain injury as well as monitoring brain functions in neonatal, paediatric and adult population with installations in intensive care units, emergency rooms, sleep and other research laboratories.
Features:
1 Conductive surface of Ag/AgCl sintered electrode is increased in 6 times. It allows to achieve: -stable electrical contact; -low impedance 0.0 kOhm.
2 Easy of adding a conductive gel due to a 25% increase hole in the electrode.
3 Excellent fit of the electrodes to head and durability of the cap due to the high isotropic elasticity of new textile material.
4 The additional protection of wires allows using EEG cap during long-term monitoring without elastic net bandage.
5 Better comfort for patient due to a new miniature ear adapter.
6 The indelible printing marks applied to each electrode allow to change a textile base of the cap by dint of detaching of the electrode system and install it on the new cap the same size.
