Hydrogen Fuel Cell Hoses is designed to be used in fuel delivery system, air system, and stack cooling system of fuel cell vehicle applications. With the rising trend of FCV, silicone hoses are widely applied to it, result from its superior performance on high and low temperature resistance, ozone and weathring resistance, and its technical process.
Fuell cell asks for clean enough surface of hose for transmission to ensure the smoothly function work. To meet the cleanesss requirement, Goodyou uses food grade silicone as the inner layer. And deionized water for cleaning before shipment. We do many tests including resistivity, electrical conductivity, pulse test, cleanliness, etc. to guarantee the performance of our products.In addition to use food grade silicone as inner layer, which contains no pigment or other additives typically found in standard silicone compounds, we built up a dust-free workshop, using deionized water to clean the hoses before shipment. Our QC team control the whole processing of the production.Testing standards: Conductivity < 5 μS/cm, Electrical Resistivity > 10^12 Ω·cm , Cleanliness foreign matters < 210mg/m^2, No Sulfuretted Hydrogen,SO2,Extractables.
