Carbon steel tee producing process is very easy . Firstly ,we need cut the pipe into pieces and then put the pipe into the cold forming tee machine and after finishing the tee ,we will need to cut the cap , do heat treatment and beveling , shot blasting , and marking . Seamless elbow forming method:

1. Forging and pressing method: stretch the end or part of the pipe with the forging machine, so as to reduce the outside diameter. Commonly used forging machines include rotary type, connecting rod type and roller type.
