Matters needing attention:

1. In order to ensure the personal safety of users, the chassis must be firmly grounded before use.

2. It is not allowed to adjust or replace large safety control insurance parts at will.

3. When removing the scale and other foreign bodies in the furnace, open the bottom blowdown valve when the pressure in the furnace is lower than 0.1mpa, and expel the scale and other foreign bodies together with steam. Attention should be paid to safety before opening the sewage valve. Personnel should avoid the sewage outlet to avoid scalding and other accidents.

4. In order to prolong the service life of the machine and prevent excessive burning of the electric heat pipe, the machine should use soft water (with soft water equipment), and regularly remove the surface scale of the electric heat pipe or liquid level controller.

5. When the power supply voltage is lower than the operating voltage, the suction of the relay and ac contactor will decrease, which may continuously jump and be easily damaged. At this point, the machine should be shut down and started up for use after the voltage is normal.
