GCK Integrated Low Voltage Switchboard is a registered product of our company. GCK low voitage switchboard is improved both in electric part choosing and in structure designing according to the trend of integrated low voltage switch equipment. The electric and mechanical performance of this product can meet the technical level of the original GCK product.
This GCK low voltage Switchboard can serve as control equipment for generating, transmitting, distributing electricity and transducing or consuming power in AC 50-60Hz electric systems which rated operating voltage should not above 660V.
This GCK low voltage Switchboard can operating in general overland cases and can operating in maritime petroleum mining platform and nuclear power plant after special treatment. This low voltage Switchboard is compliant with IEC439 , the 5th section of VDE0660, the GB7251 integrated low voltage switch equipment standard and JB/T9661 integrated low voltage draw-out switch equipment standard.
Houndreds types product as like GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is the basic frame for the combination of fabricated structure, the frame of the whole structure by screw fastening connection each other into the basic framework, according to the need to add the door again, baffle, baffle plate, a drawer, mounting bracket and busbar and electrical components and other parts, assembled into a complete control center tank, this structure has the following features:
1. The cabinet frame adopts C profile, bolt connection without welding structure so as to avoid welding deformation and stress, and improve the installation accuracy.
2. Internal structure shall be galvanized.After pickling and phosphating, the exterior was sprayed with electrostatic epoxy powder.
3. (PC) in the center of the power distribution ark into line, busbar area across the top level, lower level of busbar area for circuit breaker, the breaker can be configured homebred CW1, HSW1 series, can also according to customer's need to configure the foreign electric company production of various kinds of circuit breaker, such as ABB company E series circuit breaker, as well as intelligent circuit breaker and so on.
