ISO11925-2 Building Material Flammability Tester PLC Control
1. Introduction
The building material flammability tester is designed according to GB/T8626-2007 and ISO11925-2:2020 standards. In a normal combustion environment to assess the flammability of building products by direct impingement with a small flame on a vertically placed specimen.
The device is controlled by PLC and touch screen, the combustion chamber is made of stainless steel sheet with a heat-resistant glazed door, configure with gas burner and adjustment valve, specimen holder and etc., all the sizes are strictly manufactured as per the standard requirement.

1). Completed designed according to ISO11925-2 figure 1 2). Material: made of stainless steel sheet with thickness 1.5mm 3). the heat-resistance glazed doors are installed on front and right-side panels 4). Outer dimension: W1000mm*D400mm*H810mm 5). Ventilation of the enclosure shall be free through the square box section base in the bottom of the chamber, the air vents consist of 5cm*5cm open squares (made of 1.5mm thickness stainless steel and 50cm in height) to keep the air flowing smoothly. |

The burner shall be mounted onto a horizontal plate so that it moves smoothly forwards and backwards in a horizontal plate along the centreline of the combustion chamber 3).
