It is a high-technology enterprise focusing on the research development and manufacturing of new energy-electric vehicle charging products and smart charging solutions. Its main products include IEC-62196-2 EU standard, SAE J1772 American standard, and GB/T 20234 Chinese standard Portable EV Chargers and wall-mounted EV charging piles. , electric vehicle charging plugs and sockets, electric vehicle charging cables, electric vehicle connectors, charging adapters, etc.
Currently, the factory is equipped with 2 EV charging Plug and EV charging Cable assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 500,000 units, 3 AC EV charging pile assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 400,000 units, and 2 DC EV charging station assembly lines with an annual production capacity of 50,000 units.

The factory has an experienced technical R&D team with over 10 years of experience in structural design, mold manufacturing, injection molding, appearance technology, and circuit design. The factory laboratory has a standard research laboratory, electrical laboratory, safety laboratory, EMC laboratory,y and environmental laboratory.
We have more than 100 sets of testing types of equipment and can conduct more than 100 rigorous tests on finished products. The testing period, frequency, and other aspects are all in the leading position in the industry, ensuring that products are brought to the market with the best quality.
The laboratory is mainly used for electrical performance, mechanical performance, environmental testing and reliability testing of domestic and international electric vehicle charging facilities (AC ev charger stations, charging cable, portable ev charger, off-board chargers, etc.). Main testing items: electrical performance parameter testing, interoperability testing, electrical safety function verification, environmental testing, mechanical performance verification, EMC testing, and accelerated life testing.
