The use of strain fermentation here is mainly for rapid heating up, fermentation, deodorization and pest control. Pile up for 2 days to heat up, 4 days to be odorless, 7 days to loose, 9 days to become fragrant, 10 days to become fat. Specifically, on the second day of stacking, the temperature can reach 60℃-80℃ (the temperature varies differently in different seasons), killing diseases and insect pests such as Escherichia coli and eggs; On the fourth day, the odor of chicken manure is eliminated; on the 7th day, the compost became loose and dry, full of white hyphae; On the 9th day, it gave out a flavor of distiller's yeast; On the 10th day, the bacterial fertilizer fermented and matured.
4. Grind with a semi-wet material grinder.
5. Then filter out impurities through a sieving machine, and the powdered organic fertilizer is ready.
6. Organic fertilizer production line can be sealed and stored through automatic packaging scale.
