Material properties

1. MR grade properties: MR grade indicates that it has specific mechanical properties and processing properties, and its strength and toughness meet certain standards, which can meet the requirements of food packaging in the process of forming, stamping and other processing. 2. Wuxi properties: Unlike traditional tinplate, Wuxi steel coils/sheets do not contain tin layers. Usually, other treatment methods are used on the surface of the steel substrate to achieve good corrosion resistance and surface properties, which not only reduces costs but also meets the needs of food packaging.

Annealing treatment

1. BA annealing treatment: that is, bright annealing, which is an annealing process carried out under a protective atmosphere, which can prevent the surface of the steel plate from oxidation and maintain a bright appearance. The surface of Wuxi steel coils/sheets annealed by BA is smooth, glossy, and has good reflectivity. 2. CA annealing treatment: generally refers to conventional annealing, which may be carried out in a non-bright environment. The surface may be oxidized to a certain extent, but it can eliminate the stress inside the steel, make the steel structure more uniform, improve its toughness and ductility, and make the steel plate easier to process and shape. It is suitable for complex processing technology of food packaging, such as stamping into food cans of various shapes.
