The Analog Devices Inc. ADG221KN is a 4 circuit IC switch designed to provide versatile analog switching capabilities. Featuring fast switching times, the ADG221KN has a maximum turn-on time (Ton) of 350ns and turn-off time (Toff) of 250ns, allowing for efficient switching in time-critical applications. With a low charge injection of 20pC, the ADG221KN minimizes the introduction of additional charge during switching, ensuring accurate signal transmission.
The switch's channel capacitance includes an off-state capacitance (CS(off)) and an on-state capacitance (CD(off)) of 5pF each, providing appropriate capacitive loads for driving circuits. Operating reliably within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TA), the ADG221KN can withstand varying environmental conditions. Its 16-DIP (0.300", 7.62mm) package allows for secure and reliable through-hole mounting. Please note that the ADG221KN is an obsolete product, meaning it is no longer actively manufactured.
