Introduction of electrodialysis power supply
Water treatment electrodialysis is becoming more and more popular. According to the latest electronic research results, combined with advanced control methods, our company has designed a dedicated electrodialysis power supply. This electrodialysis rectifier uses advanced pulse width modulation technology, and uses high-quality IGBT modules and MOSFETs as power switching devices.
Our production process is very perfect. Electrodialysis rectifier has the advantages of small size, light weight, full function, stable and reliable performance. Adopt advanced DSP control system, with automatic self-current stabilization / self-voltage stabilization function, does not change with voltage, high reliability, also equipped with PLC interface and RS485 interface expansion function, easy to realize automatic control.

Working principle of electrodialysis power supply:
The electrodialysis power supply is mainly composed of a rectifier filter circuit, a full-bridge conversion circuit, a high-frequency transformer, a high-frequency rectifier, a filter circuit, an auxiliary power supply circuit, and a main control unit circuit. The main control unit circuit is mainly composed of a phase failure protection circuit, a temperature protection circuit, an overload protection circuit, a short circuit protection circuit and a PWM circuit with PI adjustment.
After the three-phase grid voltage is switched by the electrodialysis power supply, and then rectified and filtered, a 520VDC DC stabilized power supply is obtained and supplied to the inverter circuit. The inverter circuit is mainly composed of a high-power field-effect MOSFET module (or IGBT module) to form a full-bridge conversion circuit. When the PWM output control signals respectively drive the power modules through isolation, the two sets of diagonal tubes are turned on alternately. Under the high-frequency transformer primary high-frequency pulse voltage, the secondary voltage is supplied by the high-frequency transformer rectifier to the load.

How to install rectifier
This is installation way for remote control rectifier. Not only this way.
1. To connect copper bar with bath/tank
2. To ensure power supply/rectifier is grounded
3. To ensure there is enough water for water cooling type power supply/rectifier
4. We advice that all rectifiers should be isolated to increase of its life.

2 Electric control system
a: The rectifier adopts full bridge phase-shifted soft switch control, ensuring the lowest power loss of IGBT. The capacity of IGBT become 3 times bigger.
b: The main transformer. It adopts amorphous core to increase transformer efficiency and cool transformer, and not only can lighten rectifier weight, but also can strengthen rectifier stability and reliability. At its elementary stage, it adopts series blocking capacitor.
c: Magnetic deviation automatic correction circuit is adopted and the total power of magnetic core gets enlarged 1.5 times.
3 Schottky Barrier Diode
a: It has been expanded 4 times.
4 All the controlling boards get antiseptic treatment with imported lacquer.
