The cathode conductive copper seat is an electroplating cathode conductive device, and its main function is to support and conduct electricity at the edge of the electroplating tank.
According to the current capacity, it is generally divided into copper V seat and water-cooled copper seat. Copper V seat is mainly used on some electroplated wires with relatively small current. If the current is slightly larger, you can choose to electroplated copper V seat. Water-cooled copper holders are mainly used in large-scale electroplating production lines with currents above 3000A. Because this kind of cathode conductive device is constantly cooled by water circulation when it is working, the normal temperature can be controlled at about 40°C.
On the side of the electroplating tank, the copper V seat, the sanded red copper V seat, the oxide conductive seat, the conductive seat, the copper horse seat, the tin bronze V seat, and the conductive copper V seat. The existing molds are basically suitable for assembly of all electroplating lines.
