1. When the aluminum oxide is polished with strong acid and the liquid with solid deposits is heated, the solid deposits in the acid should be removed regularly to avoid adhesion to the surface of the quartz tube, producing low melting point compounds, and corroding and destroying the quartz tube.
2. All heaters can be used with over-temperature protection switches or temperature probes.
3. All heaters can be equipped with junction box and PE sheathed line pipe.
