The mid-wave cooled HGCdTe FPA thermal infrared imaging module is a cooled MCT thermal imaging module operating in the 3.7-4.8um (B mode: 7.7-11um) band, providing an extremely compact and high-performance solution for OEMs. The JH202-320A/B module provides 240mm/60mm, 300mm/75mm dual field of view and 600mm/150mm/22mm three-field lens.
