By allowing the primer to "grab" the concrete and then bonding the topcoat to the primer, a super strong and efficient floor coating is formed, thereby enhancing the strength of the floor. This type of floor can also withstand normal wear and tear, impact drops, pH cleaners, liquids, and any other substances that may enter the floor.
