Inspection standard of silicone keypad
I. General standards
1. the working temperature of the general silicone keypad needs to be from -15℃ to +80℃;
2. the temperature during its storage needs to be -30℃ to +85℃;
3. the general storage time should be one week. 4;
4. the silicone rubber keypad needs to be placed flat if it is not extruded, which is suitable for long-term storage;

6. the relative humidity of the silicone products should be maintained at 45℅ to 95℅ in the working application;
7. The working air pressure should be 86 to 106Kpa;
8. The contact rebound rate should be less than 12 milliseconds.
9. The insulation resistance of the silicone keypad should be more than 1012 ohm/500VDC.
10. Its breakdown voltage is usually more than 25KV/mm.
The main inspection standards for silicone rubber keypads are as follows:
1) Appearance:
Generally in a bright environment, the product can be extruded into a thin strip, and then visual inspection, we can find that the silicone rubber product should be a fine and uniform paste or present a viscous liquid, and can be observed between each batch of silicone rubber keys should not be obvious color differences.
2) Extrudability:
