Descriptions:
PU coated gloves are also known as PU glued gloves or PU finger and palm gloves. According to the performance, it is divided into two types: ordinary type and anti-static type. Manufacturing method:
A layer of PU resin is coated on the fingers or palms of knitted nylon gloves, which not only increases the anti-skid performance, but also increases the heat insulation performance. It is an indispensable product in the precision electronic production line.
Performance:
1. PU coating has acid-base resistance, can effectively prevent slip, avoid slipping when grasping articles, and will not leave fingerprints, so as to improve productivity.

Firstly, when making PU gloves, nylon / polyester is woven into No. 13 seamless glove liner, and the glove liner is sleeved on the mold of corresponding size (European version 7-11),
Secondly, immerse the mold with glove liner into the mixed Pu liquid and dry the surface with a fan (temperature and inflation time will affect the next process),
