ESD Grey PVC Table Mat is a gray PVC anti-static table mat designed specifically for anti-static areas. The table mat uses PVC (polyvinyl chloride) as the main material, which has good insulation, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and wear resistance, making it very suitable for manufacturing anti-static products.

ESD PVC mats have the following features:
1. Double layer structure: Table mats usually adopt a double-layer structure, with the upper layer being an anti-static dissipation layer and the lower layer being a conductive layer. This structure can effectively export static charges from the surface and ground them through a conductive layer, thereby protecting electrostatic sensitive devices (SSDs) from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD).
2. Surface resistivity: The surface resistivity of table mats is specially designed to be within a certain range (such as 109 Ω) to ensure effective dissipation of static electricity and prevent damage to equipment caused by excessive current.
3. Static decay time: The static decay time of desk mats is very short, which can quickly release accumulated static charges and maintain static safety in the work area.
