1. If possible to get a free sample from your?
Yes, we will provide the sample if have enough in sample room.
We will charge a little logo mold fee if need to add your private logo on the outer case.
2. Can I get the sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality and also help our customer adapt to market trends.
Mix samples are accepted.
3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
Sample will be shipped by DHL, UPS or Fedex, it usually takes 3 to 5 days.
And mass production will be shipped by the ocean shipping/sea transportation, usually takes 20 to 35 days
to arrive.
4.What’s for shipping?
Normally express like DHL,UPS ,EMS, FedEx And SF.
5-7days door to door delivery.
5.What is your strength?
A.We have rich experience in customization. Print or laser logo on temples and lenses.Have many logo method and real sample to show the logo effect.

6.What’s the warranty?
We are very confident to our products. Before sending out, we will check every one and pack them well.
But to avoid any subsequent trouble, please check your goods once you get them and let us know the details if there is any damaged ones so that we can solve it accordingly.
7. What’s your payment policy?
For new design products, charge mold fee one time and refund it when accumulated orders 20,000pcs.
For ordered sample with private logo, will charge logo mold fee.
For mass production, 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
