• 12.1 Warnings:

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION.

1.  The luminaire should only be installed by qualified personnel. Please ensure that you have verified the safety of any existing power distribution systems before attempting installation. Failure to follow operating instructions may lead to death, severe injury, or property damage.
2.  Turn off power before attempting installation or servicing to avoid electric shock or component damage.
3.  The product must be installed in accordance with the national electric code (NEC) and all applicable federal, state and local electric codes and safety standards.
4.  All electrical work must conform to the National Electric Code (NEC) and all applicable local codes and ordinances.
5.  Follow all applicable safety procedures and use personal protective equipment such as hardhats, safety glasses, reflective vests, electrical safety gloves, fall protection equipment and safety toe boots during installation, operation, and maintenance of the luminaire.
6.  DO NOT make or alter any open holes in the luminaire.  
7.  Disconnect product and allow cooling prior to servicing.
8.  Any alteration or modification of this product is expressly forbidden as it may cause serious personal injury, death, property damage, or product malfunction.
9.  To prevent product malfunction and electrical shock, this product must be properly grounded.
10.  This luminaire is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C (-40°F) to 50°C (122°F) and to be horizontally mounted with the LEDS facing down.
11.  Min 90°C supply conductors.
12.  Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.
13.  The product is not available for several special environments, such as places with corrosive gas liquids or high pressure water vapor.
14.  Eye protection is required at all times during installation, operation, and maintenance of the luminaire. The high intensity light produced by the luminaire can cause severe damage to eyes if viewing directly at close range. Avoid being in front of a luminaire that is on, or wear suitable light blocking protective eyewear such as welding goggles.
15.  Store luminaires in a clean, dry place, protect them from dirt, water, and sunlight.

• 12.2.2 General steps:

1.  Drill appropriate knockout according to the size of the mounting bracket.
2.  Once fxture is positioned, secure the fxture with screws tightly.
3.  Make all necessary wiring connections, observing proper voltage and polarity. Ensure that wires are seated properly and not being pinched.
4.  Once connections are completely made, carefully push all wires down into the housing and secure it tightly.
5.  Using aiming sight to orient desired mounting angle.
