SY485C1I3KH.3-4 Excavator Bucket Bushing, is installed in bucket rod.  Its hardness is 58, this bush uses carburizing technology, which can improve the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of steel, so the color of bush is black.

Product Operating Principe

During the long-term operation of SY485C1I3KH.3-4 Excavator Bucket Bushing, the shaft surface is affected by the extrusion pressure and composite mechanical force of the expanding sleeve, and the diameter reduction of 0.1mm~0.3mm leads to the failure of the mechanical expansion and tightening force, resulting in the mating gap between the shaft sleeve and the spindle, which causes the wear of the shaft sleeve.
