1, Our company established on years 2006, we have over 10 years experience in designing and customize the long reach boom for all brand excavators.
2, In china now, we are the one of the biggest manufacturer for long reach boom, we can customize the long reach boom for you, operation scope from 13 meters to 32 meters.
3, Long reach boom usually for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
4, Usually we make the long reach, need to considering the length for shipment, as 40 feet container only 12 meters, if the boom over 11.5meters, then need to use a 45 feet container to load, but if over 13 meters, then only can to make 2-section design.
5, This long reach we made for the customer from domestic market, total length with 22 meters. Becuase for domestic market, so no need to consider load in container.
6, Material we use Q345B+Q690D made the long reach more durable.
7, This long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket with 0.4cbm. 1 linkage, 1 counterweight with 4ton, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
8, The counter weight with 4ton with middle type as below picture
9, The arm cylinder 100% is Sany original cylinder.
10, As customer request, stick cylinder use them original stick cylinder. And bucket use original bucket as picture
11, If you need add extra pipeline to suit some extra application, we can prepare for you.
12, The boom cylinder use original cylinder, we don't supply it.
13, Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
14, We also supply the installation service, if you need us to install, that's no problem.
15, We can supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it’s easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
16, The manufacture time about 18 days. Warranty time 6 month after installation.
