The SK200-3 operating lever handle assembly is the core component of the Kobelco SK200-3 excavator operation, used to control various actions of the excavator. Through the operating handle, the driver can accurately control the excavation and unloading of the bucket, the extension and retraction of the middle arm, and the rotation of the whole machine, so as to achieve various tasks such as excavation, loading, and leveling. The handle adopts ergonomic design, comfortable grip, and integrated with a variety of control buttons, reducing the possibility of misoperation, making the operation more accurate and efficient.
The operating lever handle assembly works based on the hydraulic pilot control principle. When the handle is in the middle position, the pilot oil from the oil inlet is cut off, and the four working ports are connected to the oil return port. Taking the right operating handle as an example, the rightward movement of the control lever is converted into the downward movement of the right valve core through the rocker arm, push rod, spring seat, primary parallel spring and other spring components. At this time, the secondary outlet pressure acting on the valve core and the thrust acting on the push rod are balanced by the parallel springs in sequence. When the push rod formation remains unchanged, the inlet pressure remains constant. When the operating handle reaches the maximum formation angle, the valve core is in a fully switched state under the action of the push rod. At this time, the decompression effect of the valve core disappears, and the inlet pressure is equivalent to the pilot pressure of the engine oil port. That is, the position of the valve core is changed by the operating handle to control the flow direction and pressure of the pilot oil, and then control the action of the main control valve, and finally achieve precise control of each cylinder and motor of the excavator, so that the excavator can complete the corresponding action.
