Excavator mounted vibratory pile hammer JSP20 can be applied for a wide range of working environment because of its small size and simple operation procedure, such as drainage maintenance, river-bank maintenance and marshland working wherever onshore and offshore piling job.
JISAN produce wide series of excavator vibratory pile hammer, built and designed for excavators weighting from 20 tons to 50 tons, and the clamp can be customized according to the pile size.
Features
1. Special steel material with high ductility and wear resistance.
2. Driven by motor, utilizing a kind of exciting force produced by reciprocating motion of centrifugal force up and down.
3. Original imported motor, more durable, high swinging speed and frequency.
4. All bearings are originally imported with longer life service.
5. Flexible single chuck, double chuck styles can be designed.
6. Hydraulic vibratory pile hammer is using vibrating pile sinking to drive or extract piles. It is especially suitable for municipal, bridges,cofferdam,building foundation etc. Applied to pull or pile sheet piles, I-steel piles, cement square pile, cylinder pile and etc.
