The extruding device employs a variable frequency motor to cater to the rotation change requirements of the screw during the blowing process. Utilizing a screw with a high slenderness ratio enables the processing of various materials with strong plasticizing ability, high production yields, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater controlled by a computer, ensuring rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

Within a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, different heads can be installed to produce blown products with a visible strip line or double layers.

The mould clamping device features vertical compression, three pilot posts, a substantial beam arm with a linear guider, cylinder spindle, and double working positions to facilitate quick and stable movements of the mould.

Enhancements to the hydraulic oil loop design result in energy savings, fast operation, and stable performance.

Hydraulic elements can be conveniently installed and maintained, with a removable and mobile oil tank provided for added convenience.

The entire machine is computer-controlled, with a hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It boasts fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operation, high automation levels, and storage of data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

Three operation modes - "Manual", "Semi Auto", and "Full Auto" - are available for selection.
