Main Special Features:
1) This machine is one of the most advanced equipment with the function of fully automatic welding. We developed a unique and excellent logic control frequency accuracy, wide tracking frequency, adaptive various types of transducers. No need to adjust frequency when changing molds/hone/probe/sonotrode when working.
2) Build an embedded processing sysIntem with a high-performance DSP as the core component, collect and process information in real time and efficiently, and perform related operations correctly. At the same time, it has strong scalability and can adapt to large-scale industrial applications.
3) Three Intelligent protection systems and fault alarm prompts: High mold current protection, frequency offset protection, large total output protection. If the equipment fails, the generator will immediately stop working and prompt the corresponding cause of the failure until the technician eliminates the failure.
4) It has three protection functions of transducer failure, overheating and load over current.
5) The intelligent ultrasonic generator equipped by Hongjin replaces the traditional triode with IGBT, which has the stronger power, shortens the welding time and reduces the failure rate.
6) It has the function of automatic error reporting, and prompts the fault display problem.
7) The output power is automatically adjusted according to the load or manually.
8) Full-automatic frequency scanning, full-automatic frequency tracking, great working bandwidth.
9) Hongjin intelligent ultrasonic generator uses the full digital integrated circuit and the high performance anti-interference processor imported from the United States, while reducing the number of components and simplifying the hardware structure, thereby improving the reliability of the system.
10) The application of the IGBT power module coupled with the structure of the other-excited oscillatory circuit makes the output power more than three times that of the traditional self-excited circuit.
11) Full-automatic frequency tracking and tuning, real-time display of the current frequency. Automatically tracking the best working state without manual tuning.
