Production Workflow:
From customer`s product to display design , we analyse the whole structure of customer product for designing the rendering for review.
Following customer`s requirement for brand embodying , and also need to put as much lipticks in as possibe,also need to have a anti-theft system.
Customer love the whole design , then we come to engineering.
This is quite hard to realize due to the features of acrylic material, fragile and easy to be bent.
To make this rounding shape,we need to make a wood mold.
To ensure the whole structure sturdy,we need to make sure all connection parts close.
Real product looks even much nicer than renderings.
To ensure the safe transportation, making big wooden box for holding
The quotation department calculates the price according to the product quantity, material, process, transportation and other factors, which is open and transparent.
During the production process of goods, 2 intermediate inspections and 1 final inspection are carried out to ensure excellent quality.
Acrylic display stand proofing 2-3 days, wood or iron proofing 8-10 days, bulk goods are negotiated according to the number of pieces.
Each client is independently archived, and each project has business, market, quotation, design and QC involved in the whole design process.
