The advantage:
1. 304 stainless steel ring die,corrosion resistance, full automatic CNC ring die drilling machine and vacuum heat treatment technology.
2. Stainless steel conditioner extends the conditioning and cooking time. Axial steam spraying port, improving feed cooking efficiency.
3.With safety guard iron remover between the variable frequency feeder and conditioner,which can effectively remove the iron to protect the conditioner, ring die and roller.
4. Poultry Feed Pellet Equipment can be fitted with single-layer, multiple -layer jacket conditioners or double-shaft differential conditioner so as
to meet the different requirements of producing high grade livestock and poultry feed and aquafeed.The conditioner has double layer,three layer folder or double track conditioner to meet different meeds of producing high grade livestock and poultry feed and aqua feed.
5. All the precision adjusting nuts are made of stainless steel screws to ensure that the pelleting chamber is not rusted.
6. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive with higher efficiency, steady running and low noise.
7. Feeder and conditioning device of the Animal Feed Mill Plant and the feeding chute of the livestock feed pelletizing machine adopt stainless steel material, durable use.
8. The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported,and especially lubrication oil return system is available to ensure reliable bearing lubrication.
