Working process of feed pellet mill machine:
The main components of the pressing chamber of the feed pellet mill machine are composed of a ring die, two press rollers, a feeding scraper, a cutter, and a die roller gap adjustment screw.
The structure and working principle of the pressing room: The feed passes through the ring die cover and the feeding scraper to send the powdered feed to the two pressing areas. The empty shaft drive wheel drives the pressing mold to rotate, and the feed is drawn between the pressing mold and the pressing roller. , The two relative rotating parts gradually squeeze the feed, the feed is squeezed into the ring die hole, formed in the die hole, and continuously extruded to the outer end of the die hole, and then the formed particles are cut into the required length by the cutter. The formation of the particle stream enters the next process.
