Description
The upper and lower nozzle are composed of three parts, the outer coat is aluminum-carbon, the inner core is zirconium, and the base brick is aluminum-magnesium carbon.By the precision process formula compression molding, high temperature firing assembly.
Tundish Lower Nozzle for ladles are made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, anti-oxidants and phenolic resins. They show features of excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good corrosion and erosion resistance, and strong cracking resistance.
