Ferro Silicon Magnesium Description
Ferro Silicon Magnesium is an alloy composed by melting ferrosilicon, calcium, magnesium, rare earth, etc. It is an excellent spheroidizing agent with strong deoxidation and desulfurization effects. Ferrosilicon, rare earth ore and magnesium metal are the main raw materials for the production of rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon. The production of rare earth magnesium ferrosilicon alloy is carried out in an arc furnace. The furnace consumes a lot of electricity and can also be manufactured using an intermediate frequency furnace.

2. Significantly improve the casting performance of ductile iron, increase its fluidity by 40% compared with magnesium ductile iron, reduce the formation temperature of rare earth magnesium nodularizer oxide film by about 50℃, reduce the expansion value before shrinkage by 0.3 to 0.4%, and make shrinkage and pinch Casting defects such as slag, subcutaneous pores and cold partition are reduced.
