Introduction of belt scale
The grain dryer is an ideal drying equipment for drying grain and grain. It can be used for one machine. Working principle
Movable grain dryer (mobile grain drying equipment) uses hot air as drying medium and adopts cyclic drying technology. The grain is heated and precipitated uniformly, fully and has good quality after drying. The grain dryer uses coal, firewood, straw or rice husk as fuel, which is converted into clean hot air through combustion and heat transfer. The grain dryer is also equipped with an automatic on-line temperature and humidity measuring device, which greatly improves the degree of automation and ensures the quality of grain after drying.

Feature:
When the grains dryer machine to dry rice, because the raw material is still, the hot-blast air can’t penetrate completely, just heat some parts, so the raw material is easy to the ordinary can’t reach the Comprehensive drying effect.
The design of grains dryer machine is of two level spiral quick delivery, The first level deliver the materials quickly into the barrel, and the second level continuously rapid lift the raw material to the upper of the barrel and then throw the raw material with deliquescence scattered, while the hot air from the center of the barrel bottom blown out all around. Smoothly move the raw material from bottom to top to conduct a comprehensive heat transfer and dynamic drying process.
Because the raw materials inside the barrel are keep rolling, hot aircontinuously from the centerso as to achieve mixing and dryingsimultaneously and can save time and energy.
The material of barrel, screw blade, shaft, tank, holder which contact part of the raw material all use stainless steel.
When grains dryer machine need to clear material, just open the purging mouth, to makespiral reverse and start drying fan then can clear material, easy to operate.
