The material of the air shower we have made is all 304 stainless steel. The control type is microcomputer control, we can set the blowing time freely, no rust and no corrosion, and the appearance is luxurious. The centrifugal fan is used to supply air, the operation is stable, and the air outlet is adjusted. Flexible, up to any angle, low wind pressure, large air volume, low noise, comfortable feeling. The equipment has a reasonable structure and is composed of segments. The user can lengthen or shorten it according to his own requirements, which is convenient for transportation. It is suitable for the transformation of new workshops or old workshops.
1). It adopts fully automatic control operation, two-door electronic interlocking, automatic induction shower, and double door lock when blowing.
2). Cold plate spray series, using multi-layer pickling technology, electrostatic dustless spray treatment.
3). Use stainless steel handle, thick stainless steel base plate, stainless steel nozzle as basic configuration.
4). It adopts digital display blowing time, air shower time is 0~99s adjustable, and shows the time of air shower.
5). The wind speed of the blower system designed with the new design concept can reach a super wind speed of 25m/s~32m/s, ensuring that the personnel and goods entering the clean room can achieve the perfect effect of complete dust removal.
