The channel air shower is an auxiliary equipment for clean workshops and supporting clean rooms. It is used to blow dust on the surfaces of human bodies and carrying objects that enter clean areas.

1)The air shower channel is a personal purification device that is used when an operator enters a clean room. It uses a high-speed, clean air stream to blow away dirt that has entered the body of the person. The nozzles can be adjusted to effectively remove dust from the human body and prevent outside contamination from entering the clean area. It can also be applied to the blowing of large items.
2)The wind/cargo shower is the necessary passage for people/goods entering and exiting the clean room and at the same time serves as a closed clean room for the airlock.
3)In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles brought in by people/goods, the clean air filtered by the HEPA filter is sprayed from various directions to the person/goods by the rotatable nozzle, effectively and rapidly removing the dust particles and the cleaned dust particles. The filter is then re-circulated to the air shower area after filtering by the primary and high-efficiency filters.
4)In order to achieve the best effect of blowing, the wind speed of the nozzle outlet designed by the wind/launching chamber can reach 25m/s or more, and the wind speed blowing to the human body is 18m/s, and the initial air shower time is set to 15 seconds.
5)Air showers provide a modular assembly method that can be assembled into air shower sizes of various lengths as required.
