The whole machine consists of a main drive system,back twist system, a rotating body, a pneumatic brake device and a twist module, etc. The winch can hold 12 tight buffered fiber optic reel or simplex cable reel. Using back twist mechanism of active pay-off displacement sensor control of tight buffered fiber pay-off tension, tension can be adjusted online, pay-off unit adopts universal motor with danfoss frequency converter control, cage stranding machine can set to S or Z direction.

D. How long is the machine warranty ?
Reply:As usual,machine warranty is 12month.During warranty, the supplier shall take the change of parts free of charge due to quality elements.Unless otherwise caused by other reasons, the buyer shall pay the cost of parts itself.
E. How to maintain the machine after warranty?
Reply:For machine ,we have one year warranty,and Permanent maintenance.After warranty,the customer shall pay all the related cost.
