Product Introduction:
Huahai UV laser marking machine adopts high-quality and imported ultraviolet laser generator. The ultra-small focusing spot of 355nm ultraviolet light can ensure hyper-fine marking, the minimum marking character can be accurate to 0.2mm.
During the period of operating, there is no heating effects for the laser marking. and the processing materials would not deform and be burned. it is very suitable for processing the materials that have bigheat radiation reaction.
UV marking machine is mainly used for ultra-fine marking, and some special materials’ marking, engraving and cutting.
Application Industries:
The UV Laser Markers Machine is widely used in leather, food, beverage, cloth, electronic, meter, communication instruments, package and other industries, can be combined with streamline for online marking.
Application materials:
The machine employs the imported UV laser and imported high-speed galvanometer as its centraldevices. It is widely used for metal or nonmetal's surface marking to make up for the lack of IR Laser's processing ability. The main applicable materials are electronic products shell marking, battery charger, data line, mobile phone, computer fitting marking, electronic components, jewellery, horologe marking, PCB, FPC marking and cutting, Glass product marking, metal, alloys marking and plastics material's marking, etc.
Advantages:
1. Focused UV light spot size is small , heat-affected area during processing is mimimum,So it is used in ultra-fine and special material’s marking.
2. Since UV laser did not produce any thermal effects and burning issues, the result of the marking is precise , smooth and steep.
3. A lot of material will absorb UV light at 355nm except Copper, so UV laser are suitable for processing more types of material.
