FA-APC-SPSPS24 , Armored Fiber Optic Jumper With Sprial Steel Tube And 24 Fan-out SC SM Connector
Armored optical fiber cable has important application in long distance telecommunication. However, the armored fiber cable in general network management is short and called armoured fiber patch cord, it is mostly used in the internal network equipment connection of the building.
The so-called armored fiber (fiber optic cable), is to wrap a protective armor outside the optical fiber and it is able to meet requirements of anti rat bite, moisture.
There are two kinds of armour: spiral steel tube and metal braid. Some type armor cable is with spiral steel tube only and some armored cable is with both spiral steel tube and metal braid. The tight buffer and aramid fiber is for tensile resistant, stainless steel tube is for anti bending, anti rodent, the metal braid is anti torsion.
The spiral steel tube of the armored fiber optic jumper can be naturally bent and it is with high pressure resistance, strong tensile strength so it can provide excellent optical cable protection and safety.
