In recent years, with the continuous development of network communication system, and the fiber to the curb (FTTR), fiber to the office (FTTO), fiber to the home(FTTH), fiber to the desktop (FTTD) proposed the practical requirements, the amount of information dissemination and the speed of the optical fiber communication system are developed more quickly. Recently, FTTA has been launched. In the latest mobile communication system (3G, WilMax, 4G), optical fiber is used to connect base stations and antennas. It completely replaced the connection of the traditional high frequency copper wire. It is undoubtedly the innovation of the network structure system that the transmission distance can be increased and the artificial cost of the network is reduced.

ODC fiber optic jumper is the latest development and production of FTTA (Fiber to antenna) for fiber direct and antenna connections. It is a fiber patch cord with two channels connected to the upper and lower connections. The ODC fiber optic jumper is divided into ODC Socket and ODC Plug connector. They can be used directly, without the intermediate connector. This is very similar to the traditional high frequency connector.

ODC is a kind of outdoor optical fiber patch cords, in order to adapt to the harsh outdoor environments and weather conditions, the connecting head is changed from the traditional plastic connector into the metal shell which is suitable for high frequency, the shell is high strength brass which is processed by precision machine, and the use of silver and nickel makes the product is not easy to wear during plug and unplug, the product has a variety of high compressive strength, high tensile strength and corrosion protection. And the ODC fiber optic jumper has the same appearance as the traditional high frequency N series connector. It adopts the "N" type connection mechanical interface, which can be interchanged with the "N" coaxial connector, that is, following the original panel, giving full consideration to the smoothness of product evolution. In addition, a thread locking mechanism and a guide slot are used, so simple and quick blind insertion by single hand can be used to connect and install.
