This 11x12.5 inches aluminium foil fireproof bag is suitable for document size. Paper size in different country may be different a little, or you may want larger size to put papers with envelopes. Any size bags can be produced for you!
 
For JT8480AF-BC-2832, Inside layer and outside reflective surface are both fireproof fiberglass cloth. Outside material of this bag is totally 480g/m2. It is fiberglass fabric with an aluminium foil layer. This silver reflective surface is capable of resisting 95% heat it is exposed to. Inside materials of this type is 100% carbon fiber fabric with transparent PU coating. For this structure, both inside and outside cloth are fireproof. Double fireproof materials offer better protection.
 
Unionful have other fire resistant or fireproof fabrics can be used for inner lining of this fireproof bag. It can be decided by customers' different requirement. Following fabrics are for your reference:

• 0.3mm Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric
• 0.5mm Silicone Coated Fiberglass Cloth
• Black 100% carbon fiber fabric with transparent PU coating, some famous brands start using this fabrics  as inner lining of their luxury bags
• Other coated fiberglass fabric(coated fiberglass fabrics won't have any uncomfortable hand feeling)

 
Fireproofing Of This Bags:
 
Outside fireproof layer: 3732 aluminium foil laminated fiber glass fabric. It  is a medium weight fabric with satin weave. The aluminum foil layer on one side of this fabric was laminated by a special high temperature glue which has excellent heat, chemical and moisture resistance.
 
Temperature: Aluminium foil will melt at 1220°F. However, it can withstand a higher temperature for a short time because it take some time for aluminium foil to absorb enough heat. Fiberglass fabric is able to resist 1020°F(550℃) but glue for aluminium foil will burn off above 572°F(300℃).
