Fiberglass fabric is a fire resistant material which is woven from e-glass fiberglass filament in different weave. It usually will be coated with compounds such as silicone, PU, PVC, PTFE, etc, which can meet special application. PTFE is also called PTFE coating, with this black (or other colors) coating, the coated fabric with properties like low friction coefficient, non toxic, non flammable insulation, chemical resistance and anti corrosion. This non stick oven insulation material can be used in many fields.
 
Fibre fabric woven cloth is able to be used below 550℃ heat. Black coating can withstand heat from -50 to 260℃ continuously. What's more, fiberglass meterial is an eco-friendly and recyclable material, which is without pollution. Filament diameter ≥9um won't be breathed in human body (based on our worker's annual health check).
 
0.12mm PTFE coated glass fabric is made of a plain weave basic fabric. Its final area weight is 230g/m2. With PTFE on both sides, this fabric or its products is easy to be cleaned by soapy water. Final products can be washed by dishwasher.
 
For food process application, PTFE coating material is a great material for microwave and BBQ grill heat resistant products. Its food grade PTFE coating is FDA approved standard and it is non toxic and odorless under continuous heating. Thicknesses of this baking mat are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Size and packaging can be customized. 
 
Besides, another applications of PTFE coated fiberglass cloth are industrial non stick purpose, heat protection, heat press printing transfer machine, dyeing factory. For heat printing non stick liner usages, The specification is usually 8x12 inches, 10x12 inches or 18x20 inches. This non stick and heat insulation liner is an important accessory for heat printing. It will protect the design from the heated upper platen. Because once heat is necessary to activate the adhesive, you won't want any residue to melt onto the machine upper platen.
