Features:
1. Advanced performance, high strength, low noise, compact structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and long service life.
2. The whole machine adopts PLC control and servo tracking synchronization linkage, which is reliable in performance, convenient in operation and high in automatic control.
3. High degree of automation. The machine can be completed in one time from slitting, longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, filling and loading, coding, cutting and tearing, cross-cutting, and output to the finished bag.
4. Use a combined sealing knife as a sealing mold. The back seal and the upper and lower transverse seals are alternately arranged in multiple rows. The seal is tight and tight. The packaging speed is fast, the bag shape is flat, exquisite and beautiful, and the packaging efficiency is high.
5. Adjustment is quick and convenient. The bag length can be adjusted steplessly without changing the mold. And the longitudinal seal, cross seal, filling, cross cutting and other actuators can be adjusted through the man-machine interface.
6. Filling measurement is accurate. For the granular materials, it is specially equipped with push-pull integral metering plate feeding, and each row of bags can be conveniently and accurately adjusted.
7. The packaging bag is controlled by PLC during the forming process, so that each actuator can accurately and automatically synchronize positioning.
8. Adopt photoelectric tracking system to ensure automatic labeling of the packaging bag and automatic counting function.
9. It has strong adaptability to the packaging material, and the sealing temperature of the machine has automatic control function, and the control precision is high (±1C° or so). It can be adapted to a variety of packaging films produced at home and abroad, such as PET / AL / PE, PET / PE, NY / AL / PE, NY / PE.
