Introduction

Main Features
1. Independently developed and improved internal design of the rotary table, and adopted the original Japanese linear bearing, which has higher accuracy and longer service life than the peer equipment;
2, The CAM underlying design, comparing with peers, we add the pressure atomization pump, maintain the lubrication of the CAM groove, greatly reduce wear, which greatly extends the service life of parts.
3. The upper and lower modules are designed for one-way movement, and the imported double-lip polyurethane sealing ring has better sealing performance.
4, the control panel is eye-catching and intuitive, using stepless frequency control.
5. Based on the lower plane of the gauge plate, the three-dimensional adjustment mechanism makes the clearance more even and the loading difference more accurate.
6. Equipped with safety protection device for both people and machine, and automatic stop device for material shortage, so that the machine can run more smoothly and safely.
7. The combination of blowing and suction of the module is added to ensure that the mold hole is clean and dust-free and improve the success rate of load probability.
8. Independently designed 2 sprocket wheels to drive 2 dividing boxes. (generally, one sprocket wheel drives 2 dividing boxes in the same industry), reduced the resistance, Shared the operation pressure, increased the operation strength, and the failure of the station is basically zero.
