1, General Description  

This production line is special equipment for cold leveling of ordinary steel plate. It adopts the principle of multi-roll to make the plate repeatedly deform between the upper and lower leveling rolls, eliminate the stress and achieve the purpose of leveling. Used for coil Q235 with a thickness of 0.5 ~ 4mm and width of 1300mm.After uncoiling, leveling, cutting into the required length of the plate.

The whole production line is composed of uncoiling, leveling and shearing devices, which are equipped with loading car, uncoiling machine, traction deviation rectifying device, leveling machine, shearing machine and on-line mechanism to form a production line with complete performance. It is mainly used for raw material reconditioning in a metallurgical, vehicle, metal products, electrical, building materials, chemical machinery, and other plate metal products enterprises, as well as metal material storage, plate distribution and other circulation industries, supporting the relevant molding machine can be extended to a larger range of functions.

A Loading rack

1. Position the coil material on the unwinder reel, load 10 tons, the manual screw is tightened, with brake device, all hoisting vehicles are available, 2 shafts.

2, Performance: the core device is inserted into the middle of the coil, adjust the manual screw nut so that the coil is tightened, and then the tensioned coil is hoisted or loaded on the loading rack, which is installed on two rails with brakes.

B, Hydraulic support type uncoiler machine:

1. Structure overview:

The uncoiler is a single-arm support type, which is used for arranging the coil plate and can carry 10t. The support can be moved longitudinally along the slide channel under the action of the hydraulic cylinder to adapt to different widths of the sheet material.

C, The roller feeder:

The device is composed of a pneumatic system, a rubber roller, a lead frame and the like. The coil is placed on the uncoiler, then the head is introduced into a pair of rubber rollers, and the coil is ground to a retractable table and sent directly to the screen. This process is convenient, fast and efficient.

D, leveling machine: (1.0 ~ 3) mm × 1300 mm × 13 rolls (including a pair of rolls)

1, Structure overview:

The machine is divided by machine base, frame, upper beam, idler, work roll gap adjusting motor, reducer and gearbox, universal joint and so on. The drive motor adopts an AC motor speed control device. The work roll consists of five upper rollers and six lower rollers and a pair of opposed rollers. Each row has an additional row of rollers on the upper and lower sides. It is driven by a motor, a reducer, a transfer case, and a universal joint. , bearing lubrication. The leveling accuracy is up to 1mm/m2, saving energy and reducing consumption, starting smoothly and accurate. The transmission mode is driven by a closed gear transfer case. Adjustment method: the upper roller is driven by a worm gear reducer, and the movable beam is mechanically adjusted and equipped with a manual fine adjustment device.
