Magnesia Chrome Bricks for Burning Zone Hanging in Rotary Kiln
Magnesia chrome bricks are mainly used in metallurgical industries, such as the construction of flat furnace tops, electric furnace tops, refining furnaces and various non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces.
The refractory product for RH furnace is mainly magnesia chrome brick. The fused magnesia chrome sand and chrome ore with high content of Cr2O3 and high purity are the main raw materials. This type of brick has high refractoriness, high temperature strength, strong resistance to alkaline slag corrosion, excellent thermal shock resistance and certain adaptability to acidic slag.

Details:
Burning zone is one of the important parts for rotary kiln , burning zone is formed by cement clinker mineral .Refractory materials for kiln has the highest temperature, liquid and solid will have alternating reaction in the furnace, is where the kiln skin formation. Here, Rewell recommends burning zone with directly bond magnesium-chrome brick. Directly bond magnesium-chrome brick with high quality magnesia and chromium concentrate as raw material. The products with less impurity content, high firing temperature, high combination rate of high temperature mineral phase, and very suitable for burning zone hanging in rotary kiln, which is widely used in large dry process cement rotary kiln burning zone.
