Product Description
Zowor wooden fire doors are manufactured with solid wood skeleton and top quality fireproof mineral cores(fireproof perlite board) or solid high density chipboards. Tested to British standard BS476-part22:1987, Zowor wooden fire doors earn fire grades of 30mins, 60mins and 90mins.
Zowor wood fire doors are mainly used to protect opening in exits, such as stairways, corridors, elevators, machine room tube wells, electric wells, etc., and also they are installed in fire barrier openings in order to protect the building and its residents from specific fire areas. Moreover, it can also be used in oil depots, theaters, dance halls and some residential houses.

Options:
By default the architraves and frames are made of solid wood, normal size can be chosen from Zowor series(architraves:60/70/80mm wide, 25/35mm thick; frame depth 150/160/180/200mm) or can be customized as your request.
We can provide you with our standard hardware and accessories such as door hinges, locks, closers, door stoppers, eye viewer and bottom seals etc. You can also get them yourself, in this case, we will need you send us samples to cut holes ready in doors.

Package
There are various kinds of package methods for you, one is standard package with PEP paper, foam plate and strong cartoons, one is with wooden pallet and wooden box is also available.
Package dimension is usually each 50mm more than door leaf sizes in width and height, and 15-20mm more in thickness.
Besides, standard package will make the door 2Kg heavier; And every wooden pallet weights itself 5kg, each wooden pallet can load max. 10 standard doors with frames.
